We are accepting up to 100 artists this year. We will accept registrations until August 1st, 2025, or up to 100 artists, whichever comes first.

There are two ways to register:
1. Fill out the paper registration form and mail it or email it to us
2. Fill out the form online and email it to us

 

Instructions for filling out a paper form

1. Download the Registration Form and fill it out. Please print.

2. Mail the completed form to:
   Uxbridge Lions Club
   Box 1082, Uxbridge, ON
   L9P 1N4
   or e-mail it to: uxbridgelionsart@gmail.com

Do not send any money until your registration has been accepted.

Instructions for filling out the Registration Form online

1. Optionally fill out your initials and a password in the spaces below. This will save your registration data and allow you to come back later and edit the registration. Each time you fill out the same initials and password, the registration form will be pre-populated with the information you previously entered (even if it was from last year).
   If you leave these fields blank your registration data will not be saved for future access.

2. Click on the Registration button below. This will take you to the registration form for you to fill out. The completed form will be emailed to you.

3. Once you have reviewed the form in the email, forward it to uxbridgelionsart@gmail.com
