Artists sharing a booth

 

No more than two artists are allowed to share a booth.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Up to January 1st of the year for which you are registeredA full refund will be issued.
 

January 2nd to June 30thA $25 administration feel will be retained, with the balance being refunded.
 

July 1st to July 31stA 50% refund, or a $25 administration fee if we can fill the site you are cancelling.
 

August 1st to the Art in the Park datesNo refund, or a $25 administration fee if we can fill the site you are cancelling.

The refund amount can be adjusted for cancellations due to extenuating circumstances; please contact us to discuss.

Payment

Please do not send your site fee until you hear that we have approved your application.

Payment can be made either by mailing a cheque with “Art in the Park” in the memo line to:
